- PedaparimiThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 2Pedaparimi is the largest village in the second phase of Amaravati land pooling. 5,886.18 acres of its patta land were notified in November 2025, which is more than a third of the whole phase. It is one of only three Thullur mandal villages that stayed outside the 2015 capital city boundary; the other two are Vaddamanu and Harischandrapuram. Pedaparimi sits on the road between Thullur and Tadikonda, on the western edge of the capital.5,886.18 acres patta notified

Officials collected the first consent letters here on 7 January 2026, then moved on to Endrayi the same evening. - HarischandrapuramThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 2Harischandrapuram is the smallest of the three Thullur mandal villages in the second phase of land pooling. 1,448.09 acres of patta land and 2.29 acres of assigned land were notified here. - VykuntapuramAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Vykuntapuram gives its name to the barrage being built on the Krishna, 23 km upstream of Prakasam Barrage. It is the furthest upstream of the seven Phase 2 land pooling villages. It lies in Amaravathi mandal of Palnadu district, and 1,965 acres of its patta land were notified for pooling in November 2025.1,965 acres patta notified
- PedamadduruAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Pedamadduru is the smallest Phase 2 village by notified land, with 1,018 acres of patta land. It is also one of the smallest by population: 1,400 residents in the 2011 census, on 464 hectares south-east of Amaravathi town. The same census found 1,393 girls for every 1,000 boys among its children, an unusually high figure.1,018 acres patta notified
- EndrayiAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Endrayi held the evening gram sabha on the day Phase 2 pooling began, 7 January 2026, after the morning session at Vaddamanu. About 1,900 acres of the village were listed for pooling: 1,879 acres of patta land and 46 acres of assigned land.1,879 acres patta notified
- Karlapudi and LemalleAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Karlapudi and Lemalle are counted together in the Phase 2 orders, with 2,603 acres of patta land and 51 acres of assigned land between them. That makes them the largest Palnadu block in the phase. Lemalle's commercial centre is the 14th Mile junction on the Guntur–Amaravathi road, 10.5 km from Amaravathi town and 21.8 km from Guntur. Phase 1, Thullur mandal
- VelagapudiThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Andhra Pradesh has been governed from Velagapudi since 3 October 2016. That day about 6,000 employees moved into the Interim Government Complex, which was built here in 192 days. The interim Legislative Assembly next door has held its sessions here since March 2017.Unit 22
- RayapudiThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Rayapudi is where APCRDA has its own office, and the July 2026 e-lottery that allotted plots to farmers was held there. It is also the address most often given for the government complex. - ThullurThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Thullur is the mandal headquarters that gave its name to the capital's core. It is 4 km from the Krishna and roughly halfway between Guntur and the interim Secretariat. It had 7,794 residents in 2011, on 14.92 sq km, and a literacy rate of 69.44%.Units 20 and 21 (Thullur-1, Thullur-2)
- MandadamThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Mandadam holds a 13th-century granite pillar on which the Kakatiya ruler Ganapati Deva recorded the birth and coronation of his daughter Rudrama Devi, in 182 lines of Sanskrit and Telugu. It also holds part of the 70 acres that BITS Pilani has taken for its Amaravati campus. Few villages in the scheme have this much past and this much future.Units 24 and 25 (Mandadam-1, Mandadam-2)
- UddandarayunipalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of Amaravati at Uddandarayunipalem on 22 October 2015. On 18 December 2019 it was one of the villages where the farmers' protest against the three-capitals plan began. A village of 1,503 people on 4.31 sq km has been the stage for the capital's two biggest moments.Unit 16 (with Lingayapalem)
- NelapaduThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nelapadu is the seat of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The court has sat here since 1 January 2019, in a G+2 building with 23 court halls on four acres, and a much larger permanent High Court complex is being built here with a 2027 target. With 1,028 residents in the 2011 census, Nelapadu is one of the smallest villages to hold one of the largest institutions.Unit 18
- SakhamuruThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Sakhamuru is home to the National Institute of Design, Andhra Pradesh. NID moved to its permanent 50-acre campus here in early 2024, after years at Acharya Nagarjuna University. An Institute of National Importance in a village of 1,218 people changes what the place is for.Unit 19
- InavoluThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Inavolu is the university village. VIT-AP's 200-acre campus opened here on 28 November 2017, next to the Secretariat, and a third Indian campus for XLRI was reported on the land next door. Revenue records spell the name Ainavolu; APCRDA's layout list uses Inavolu.Unit 13
- VenkatapalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Venkatapalem is where the first 18.3 km of the Seed Access Road ended in 2018, and where work on its second phase to Undavalli started again in September 2025. It shares the BITS Pilani land with Mandadam, and it lies on the Pala Vagu, where APCRDA was clearing blockages in 2026.Unit 23
- AnanthavaramThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Ananthavaram saw the biggest single jump in Andhra Pradesh's February 2025 revision of registration values: about 1,784%, as its farmland was revalued for urban use. It is the gateway village on the Guntur–Thullur road, and its hilltop Venkateswara Swamy temple is run by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.Unit 26
- NekkalluThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nekkallu is the capital's door to Mangalagiri. It sits on the Amaravati–Mangalagiri road, with APSRTC buses from both ends, and it is under 4 km from Lemalle, one of the Phase 2 villages. In the 2011 census it had 1,908 residents, with 1,038 women for every 1,000 men.Unit 17
- LingayapalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Lingayapalem was named with Mandadam and Thullur in CRDA's July 2025 decision to create high-density housing, mixed-use zones and four convention centres on 58 acres. That decision shows where the authority expects the city to grow dense first. Lingayapalem has 1,554 people on 7.98 sq km, on the Vijayawada–Amaravati bus routes.Unit 16 (with Uddandarayunipalem)
- DondapaduThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Dondapadu is the western end of the Seed Access Road, the 21.77 km corridor that the Chief Minister launched on 13 August 2026. It is a compact village of 2,664 people on 3.91 sq km, and its main asset is that the capital's spine road starts at its edge.Unit 12 (with Pichukalapalem)
- PichukalapalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Pichukalapalem is one of the smallest habitations in the scheme. It shares its layout, Unit 12, with Dondapadu at the western end of the Seed Access Road, and its farmers were among those allotted plots in the first session of the e-lottery on 23 January 2026.Unit 12 (with Dondapadu)
- MalkapuramThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Malkapuram gives its name to the Kakatiya inscription that stands in neighbouring Mandadam. It also has the only layout unit in the scheme with a letter in its number, Unit 16A. Its farmers received plots in the January 2026 e-lottery.Unit 16A
- AbbarajupalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Abbarajupalem shares Unit 11 with Borupalem, in the north-western corner of the capital city, on the Vijayawada and Amaravati bus routes. - BorupalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Borupalem is the smallest Phase 1 village by area, at 2.69 sq km. It had 1,190 residents in the 2011 census, with 1,066 women for every 1,000 men. - KondamarajupalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Kondamarajupalem is folded into Rayapudi-2 in APCRDA's layout numbering, as Unit 15. That puts this small habitation inside one of the most wanted addresses in the capital, the Rayapudi belt near the government complex.Unit 15 (with Rayapudi-2)
Phase 1, Mangalagiri mandal
- KrishnayapalemMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Krishnayapalem is APCRDA's Unit 1, the first layout in the numbering. It covers 634 hectares south-west of Mangalagiri town. Its gram panchayat won the Nirmala Grama Puraskaram in 2013, and Land Conflict Watch named it as one of four villages in its account of the capital project.Unit 1
- NidamarruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nidamarru has two layout units of its own, Nidamarru-1 and Nidamarru-2. That tells you how much land the village pooled compared with its neighbours in Mangalagiri mandal. - KuragalluMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Kuragallu has the Amaravati campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, and its hamlet Neerukonda has SRM University-AP. So one revenue village is the address of two universities. Its LPS layout is Unit 4, and Neerukonda has its own, Unit 5.Unit 4
- Neerukondahamlet of KuragalluMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Neerukonda is a hamlet of Kuragallu that became a university town when SRM University-AP opened here in 2017, with schools of engineering, liberal arts and business. It has its own LPS layout, Unit 5, which is why APCRDA lists it separately.Unit 5
- NowluruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nowluru has far more people than any other place in the capital city: 24,861 residents in the 2011 census. That is because it was an outgrowth of Mangalagiri municipality before it became part of the capital's urban area. - Yerrabalemhamlet of NowluruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Yerrabalem is a hamlet of Nowluru on the Mangalagiri side of the capital. When pooling began in 2015, it was one of the villages where residents refused to give up their land. It is counted among the 29 Phase 1 habitations but has no APCRDA layout unit of its own; its farmers' plots are in the Nowluru units.Part of the capital city
- Bethapudihamlet of NowluruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Bethapudi is the second hamlet of Nowluru counted among the 29 Phase 1 habitations. Like Yerrabalem, it was one of the Mangalagiri mandal settlements that protested against pooling in 2015. Phase 1, Tadepalli mandal
- UndavalliTadepalli mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Undavalli received the largest single allotment of the 2026 e-lotteries. On 23 January 2026, 195 farmers were given 381 residential and commercial plots for land they had handed over under clause 9.14 of the scheme since 2015. Undavalli is the Vijayawada end of the capital, on the south bank of the Krishna facing the city, and it is inside the Mangalagiri–Tadepalli Municipal Corporation.Unit 8
- PenumakaTadepalli mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Penumaka led the e-lottery of 18 July 2026, with 38 plots to 19 farmers: half of everything allotted that day. It is the second Tadepalli mandal village in the capital, on the Vijayawada–Amaravati road between Undavalli and Uddandarayunipalem, and it is part of the Mangalagiri–Tadepalli Municipal Corporation.Unit 9
- Tadepalli (part)Tadepalli mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Only part of Tadepalli is inside the capital city, which is why the list of 24 villages shows it as "Tadepalli (part)". Tadepalli is a town of about 64,000 people on the south bank of the Krishna, with Krishna Canal Junction railway station and the NH-16 crossing at Kanakadurga Varadhi.Part of the capital city
