- PedaparimiThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 2Pedaparimi is the largest village in the second phase of Amaravati land pooling, with 5,886.18 acres of patta land notified in November 2025, more than a third of the whole phase. It is one of only three villages of Thullur mandal that were left outside the 2015 capital city boundary, along with Vaddamanu and Harischandrapuram, and it sits on the road between Thullur and Tadikonda on the capital's western edge.5,886.18 acres patta notified
- VaddamanuThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 2Vaddamanu is where the second phase of Amaravati land pooling actually began: officials collected the first consent letters here on 7 January 2026 before moving to Endrayi the same evening. - VykuntapuramAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Vykuntapuram gives its name to the barrage being built on the Krishna 23 km upstream of Prakasam Barrage, and it is the most upstream of the seven Phase 2 land pooling villages. - PedamadduruAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Pedamadduru is the smallest Phase 2 village by notified land, with 1,018 acres of patta land, and one of the smallest by people: 1,400 residents in the 2011 census across 464 hectares south-east of Amaravathi town. Its child sex ratio of 1,393 girls per 1,000 boys is an unusual statistic in a census table.1,018 acres patta notified
- EndrayiAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Endrayi hosted the evening gram sabha on the day Phase 2 pooling began, 7 January 2026, after the morning session at Vaddamanu. - Karlapudi and LemalleAmaravathi mandal · Palnadu · Phase 2Karlapudi and Lemalle are counted together in the Phase 2 orders, with 2,603 acres of patta and 51 acres of assigned land between them, the largest Palnadu block in the phase. Lemalle's commercial centre is the 14th Mile junction on the Guntur–Amaravathi road, 10.5 km from Amaravathi town and 21.8 km from Guntur; Karlapudi lies 1.5 km away.2,603 acres patta notified

- VelagapudiThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Velagapudi is the village Andhra Pradesh has been governed from since 3 October 2016, when about 6,000 employees moved into the Interim Government Complex built here in 192 days. The interim Legislative Assembly next door has hosted sessions since March 2017.Unit 22
- RayapudiThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Rayapudi is home to APCRDA's own office, where plot allotment certificates were handed to farmers in July 2026, and it is the address most often attached to the government complex. - ThullurThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Thullur is the mandal headquarters that gave its name to the capital's core, 4 km from the Krishna and roughly halfway between Guntur and the interim Secretariat. It had 7,794 residents in 2011 in 14.92 sq km, with a literacy rate of 69.44%.Units 20 and 21 (Thullur-1, Thullur-2)
- MandadamThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Mandadam holds the 13th-century granite pillar on which Kakatiya emperor Ganapati Deva recorded the birth and coronation of his daughter Rudrama Devi in 182 lines of Sanskrit and Telugu; it also holds 70 of the acres BITS Pilani has taken for its Amaravati campus. - UddandarayunipalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Uddandarayunipalem is where Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of Amaravati on 22 October 2015, and where the farmers' protest against the three-capitals plan began on 18 December 2019. A village of 1,503 people on 4.31 sq km has been the stage for the capital's two defining moments.Unit 16 (with Lingayapalem)
- NelapaduThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nelapadu is the seat of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, which has sat here since 1 January 2019 in a G+2 building of 23 halls on four acres, and it is where the far larger permanent High Court complex is under construction for 2027. With 1,028 residents at the 2011 census, it is one of the smallest villages to carry one of the largest institutions.Unit 18
- SakhamuruThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Sakhamuru is the home of the National Institute of Design, Andhra Pradesh, which moved to its permanent 50-acre campus here in early 2024 after years at Acharya Nagarjuna University. An Institute of National Importance on a village of 1,218 people changes what the place is for.Unit 19
- InavoluThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Inavolu is the university village: VIT-AP's 200-acre campus opened here on 28 November 2017 beside the Secretariat, and XLRI chose the adjoining land for its third Indian campus. The name appears as Ainavolu in revenue records and Inavolu in APCRDA's layout list.Unit 13
- VenkatapalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Venkatapalem is where the first 18.3 km of the Seed Access Road ended in 2018 and where its second phase to Undavalli restarted in September 2025. It shares the BITS Pilani land with Mandadam and lies on the Pala Vagu, whose obstructions APCRDA was clearing in 2026.Unit 23
- AnanthavaramThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Ananthavaram recorded the single largest jump in the February 2025 revision of registration values in Andhra Pradesh, about 1,784%, as farmland was re-priced for urban use. It is the gateway village on the Guntur–Thullur road, with a hilltop Venkateswara Swamy temple administered by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.Unit 26
- NekkalluThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nekkallu is the capital's door to Mangalagiri: it sits on the Amaravati–Mangalagiri route with APSRTC buses from both ends, and it is under 4 km from Lemalle, one of the Phase 2 villages. At the 2011 census it had 1,908 residents and a sex ratio of 1,038 women per 1,000 men.Unit 17
- LingayapalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Lingayapalem was named with Mandadam and Thullur in the July 2025 CRDA decision to create high-density residential and mixed-use zones and four convention centres across 58 acres, a sign of where the authority expects density first. - DondapaduThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Dondapadu is the western end of the Seed Access Road, the 21 km corridor that the Chief Minister launched on 13 August 2026. - PichukalapalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Pichukalapalem is one of the smallest habitations in the scheme and shares its layout, Unit 12, with Dondapadu at the western end of the Seed Access Road. - MalkapuramThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Malkapuram lends its name to the Kakatiya inscription that stands in neighbouring Mandadam, and it has the only lettered layout unit in the scheme, Unit 16A. Its farmers received plots in the January 2026 e-lottery.Unit 16A
- AbbarajupalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Abbarajupalem shares Unit 11 with Borupalem in the north-western corner of the capital city, on the Vijayawada and Amaravati routes. - KondamarajupalemThullur mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Kondamarajupalem is folded into Rayapudi-2 in APCRDA's layout numbering, Unit 15, which puts this small habitation inside one of the most sought-after addresses in the capital. Phase 1, Mangalagiri mandal
- KrishnayapalemMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Krishnayapalem is APCRDA's Unit 1, the first layout in the numbering, and sits south-west of Mangalagiri town on 634 hectares. Its gram panchayat won the Nirmala Grama Puraskaram in 2013, and the village was one of four named by Land Conflict Watch in its account of the capital project.Unit 1
- NidamarruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nidamarru has two layout units of its own, Nidamarru-1 and Nidamarru-2, which tells you how much land the village pooled relative to its Mangalagiri-mandal neighbours. - KuragalluMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Kuragallu hosts the Amaravati campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, and its hamlet Neerukonda hosts SRM University-AP, which makes this one revenue village the address of two universities. Its LPS layout is Unit 4; Neerukonda has its own, Unit 5.Unit 4
- Neerukondahamlet of KuragalluMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Neerukonda is a hamlet of Kuragallu that became a university town when SRM University-AP opened here in 2017 with schools of engineering, liberal arts and business. It has its own LPS layout, Unit 5, which is why it appears as a separate entry in APCRDA's list.Unit 5
- NowluruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Nowluru is by far the most populous place in the capital city, with 24,861 residents at the 2011 census, because it was an outgrowth of Mangalagiri municipality before being merged into the capital's urban area. - Yerrabalemhamlet of NowluruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Yerrabalem is a hamlet of Nowluru on the Mangalagiri side of the capital, and one of the villages where residents refused to part with land when pooling began in 2015. - Bethapudihamlet of NowluruMangalagiri mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Bethapudi is the second hamlet of Nowluru counted in the 29 Phase 1 habitations, and, with Yerrabalem, one of the Mangalagiri-mandal settlements that demonstrated against pooling in 2015. Phase 1, Tadepalli mandal
- UndavalliTadepalli mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Undavalli received the largest single allotment of the 2026 e-lotteries: 381 residential and commercial plots to 195 farmers on 23 January 2026, for land they had handed over under clause 9.14 of the scheme since 2015. It is the Vijayawada end of the capital, on the south bank of the Krishna opposite the city, inside the Mangalagiri–Tadepalli Municipal Corporation.Unit 8
- PenumakaTadepalli mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Penumaka led the 18 July 2026 e-lottery with 38 plots to 19 farmers, half of everything allotted that day. It is the second Tadepalli-mandal village in the capital, on the Vijayawada–Amaravati road between Undavalli and Uddandarayunipalem, and part of the Mangalagiri–Tadepalli Municipal Corporation.Unit 9
- Tadepalli (part)Tadepalli mandal · Guntur · Phase 1Only part of Tadepalli falls inside the capital city, which is why it appears in the list of 24 villages with the qualifier "part". Tadepalli is a town of about 64,000 people on the south bank of the Krishna, home to Krishna Canal Junction railway station and the NH-16 crossing at Kanakadurga Varadhi.Part of the capital city
