Undavalli

Undavalli received the largest single allotment of the 2026 e-lotteries. On 23 January 2026, 195 farmers were given 381 residential and commercial plots for land they had handed over under clause 9.14 of the scheme since 2015. Undavalli is the Vijayawada end of the capital, on the south bank of the Krishna facing the city, and it is inside the Mangalagiri–Tadepalli Municipal Corporation.

The Undavalli Caves are here: a 5th-century monument cut from a single rock, with Buddhist and Hindu phases. So is the end of the Seed Access Road. Of the 12.58 acres notified for the road's second phase in January 2026, 10.5 acres are in Undavalli, and the High Court dismissed the challenges to that acquisition in 2026.

A Phase 1 village in Tadepalli mandal, not Thullur, whose layout is Unit 8. Pooling here was partly contested in 2015, and some land was later acquired for the road.
