We are from these villages and we work across the whole capital region, helping people buy and sell LPS plots and agriculture land. We do not run a showroom you have to find. You call, you tell us what you are looking for, and we take you to the land. We also publish the record behind everything we say on this site, because in this market the person who shows you the papers first is usually the one worth talking to.

What we actually do
We are not a builder and we do not own this land. What we know is these villages, the people in them, and where the paperwork usually goes wrong.
- You tell us what you are looking for. We find plots that fit, check each one in the CRDA records, and only then take you to see them.
- If you are a farmer or an early buyer with a plot to sell, we tell you what that size is fetching right now and bring people who are genuinely looking.
- If your land is in a Phase 2 village, we sit with you and go through what pooling gives you and what it takes, before you sign anything.
- We show agriculture land in Thullur, Tadikonda and Amaravathi mandals, with the record read out to you first, not after.
Why we show our sources
Most of what gets forwarded about Amaravati land is a screenshot of a screenshot. Nobody knows who wrote it or when.
So every page here says where its facts came from and when we last checked them. You are not being asked to trust us. You are being given enough to check us. If we have got something wrong, tell us. We will fix it and put the date on the change.
What we ask of you
Use your own advocate, not one we send you to. Read the risks page even though it is not a comfortable read. And ask us the hard questions you would ask a stranger, because we would rather lose a deal than put you into a plot that should not be sold.

Where do we meet?
At the land itself. Call or WhatsApp +91 91439 99912, tell us which village or which plot you want to see, and we will fix a time and take you there. We work across the whole Amaravati capital region, so it is easier to meet you at the plot than to have you come looking for us.
Do you own the land you show?
No. The land belongs to the farmers and owners who hold it. We know these villages, we check the papers, and we take you to see what is genuinely available.
Can you help if I am abroad?
Yes. A lot of our buyers are. We send photographs and video from the plot itself, share every document, and work with whoever you appoint here. Note that FEMA does not allow an NRI or OCI to buy agricultural land, though LPS residential and commercial plots are fine.
