The half-finished towers you see from the Seed Access Road are these. They were the most visible casualty of the 2019 pause and are among the first things being completed.

Why it matters beyond the residents

Several thousand government families living in the capital, rather than commuting from Vijayawada and Guntur, is what turns the interim complex into a town: schools, clinics, shops and rental demand follow. The 2 May 2025 relaunch included housing for 5,200 families in the projects launched that day.
