LPS plots in Amaravati: how we find them and how we check them

What happens when you call us

1. You tell us what you want. Which village, residential or commercial, roughly what size and roughly what budget. WhatsApp or a phone call, whichever is easier.
2. We do the checking before you travel. We look each plot up in CRDA's Know Your Plot and lottery records, and we see the final allotment certificate and the registered deed ourselves. Plots that do not pass never reach your list.
3. We take you and stand on the plot with you. With the CRDA layout open, so you can see the boundary. We tell you what is built on that street today and what is not.
4. You put your own advocate on it. For the EC and a written title opinion. Not our lawyer, yours. We hand over every document and answer whatever is asked.
5. Registration at the sub-registrar office. Stamp duty is paid on the government value or your price, whichever is higher. We stay with it until the deed is in your hand.

Things we will not do

• Put you into a plot that has only a provisional certificate, or only a power of attorney behind it.
• Call dry land jareebu, or call a Phase 2 village Phase 1, because the first sounds bigger and the second sounds readier.
• Tell you a plot will go up by some percentage. Nobody knows that, and anyone who says a number is guessing at your expense.
