  • Verification and EC: one to two weeks.
  • Title opinion: a few days after documents are complete; fees vary by advocate.
  • Registration costs: about 7.5% of the higher of market value or consideration (5% + 1.5% + 1%), plus document writing and incidental charges.
  • Mutation in APCRDA's plot record: allow several weeks; ask for the acknowledgement.

Questions people ask

Can I register a plot without the final allotment certificate?

You should not. Registration by the farmer requires the final certificate; a later sale should be traced to that registration.
