The complete bank directory lists all 13 banking institutions in the announced programme, the two insurers, and the allotments we have checked separately.
The programme mixes different kinds of institution. It is not a list of 15 public-sector commercial banks. And an office announcement does not mean the new building is open.
The latest on record
- SBI published a tender for a staff-housing consultant on 25 September 2026. Our SBI page explains what it covers and how it differs from the LHO project.
- APCRDA confirms RBI office land at Nelapadu and a staff-housing land agreement at Inavolu dated 19 June 2026.
- The June 2026 Bank Street review reported that CPWD is working for 11 banks. It did not give progress for each institution.
How much land has been reported
The Hans India reported a total allocation of 27.855 acres in November 2025. The three parts it published add up to 27.055 acres, a difference of 0.8 acre. We give the figures as reported and point out the mismatch. Only an official consolidated schedule can settle it.

What working offices would mean for the area
Offices with people in them create demand for homes, local shops, transport and services. How much depends on staff actually moving in, and on the roads and services around them being ready.
Watch the buildings, access roads, utilities and official move-in dates together. A foundation ceremony on its own tells you nothing certain about local jobs or about land prices.
