The Mangalagiri cricket stadium is hosting matches

The ACA International Cricket Stadium at Mangalagiri is a working cricket ground. The Andhra Cricket Association's 2026 league records are better evidence of that than older write-ups that call the whole stadium unfinished.

Matches played in 2026

The official Andhra Premier League website records matches at Mangalagiri during Season 5, including the final on 30 June 2026. Its match centre lists the ACA International Cricket Stadium at Mangalagiri as a venue. That is why we mark it as working for cricket.

A ground can be in use while work goes on

Hosting matches does not mean every planned stand or facility is finished. We do not give a percentage complete, and we do not promise any international match. For new facilities and future fixtures, follow the ACA's own announcements.

Not the same as the Sports City

The Mangalagiri stadium is one ground that already exists. The proposed Amaravati Sports City is a separate project, which the government PPP pipeline lists at pre-DPR stage. A match at Mangalagiri does not mean the Sports City is built.

Going to a match

Check the official match centre and the event announcement for the venue, date and tickets. An old fixture list, a construction video or the words “International Stadium” do not confirm a future match, or that the public can visit on a day with no match.
