Harischandrapuram is the smallest of the three Thullur mandal villages in the second phase of land pooling. 1,448.09 acres of patta land and 2.29 acres of assigned land were notified here. Do not confuse it with the Harischandrapuram in Srikakulam district, which has the same name.

Harischandrapuram at a glance
With Vaddamanu and Pedaparimi, it makes up the Guntur district block of Phase 2: 9,097.56 acres of patta land and 7.01 acres of assigned land. About 2,500 acres of this block are set aside for the Sports City, the railway track and the Inner Ring Road.
What is here
- One of only three Thullur mandal villages still run as a gram panchayat. The other 18 villages of the mandal became part of the capital city in 2015.
- It lies between Pedaparimi and Vaddamanu, on the western edge of the capital.
Land pooling status
Harischandrapuram was included in the Cabinet decision of 27 November 2025 and in the notification of 2 January 2026, under the Capital Region LPS Rules, 2025. Consent collection here followed the launch at Vaddamanu in January 2026. On 8 September 2026 two farming families pooled 22.68 acres between them. APCRDA has not published a village total.

Before you buy in Harischandrapuram
- It is a small village with large projects, so a big share of its land may go to public use. That suits farmers who pool and earn the annuity. It does not suit anyone hoping to make a private layout here.
