Harischandrapuram is the smallest of the three Thullur-mandal villages in the second phase of land pooling, with 1,448.09 acres of patta and 2.29 acres of assigned land notified. It should not be confused with the Harischandrapuram in Srikakulam district that shares the name.

Harischandrapuram at a glance
Together with Vaddamanu and Pedaparimi it forms the Guntur-district block of Phase 2 (9,097.56 acres patta, 7.01 acres assigned) from which about 2,500 acres are earmarked for the Sports City, the railway track and the Inner Ring Road.

- One of only three villages of Thullur mandal still administered as a gram panchayat after 18 villages were de-notified into the capital city in 2015.
- Lies between Pedaparimi and Vaddamanu on the capital's western edge.
Land pooling status
Notified in the 27 November 2025 Cabinet decision and the 2 January 2026 notification under the Capital Region LPS Rules, 2025. Consent collection followed the Vaddamanu launch in January 2026.
