Why village rates differ
- Institutions present today: Velagapudi, Rayapudi, Nelapadu, Inavolu, Mandadam.
- Town services and NH-16: Undavalli, Penumaka, Nowluru, Krishnayapalem.
- Layout completion by unit.
- Road frontage: Seed Access Road, Vijayawada–Amaravati road, Guntur–Thullur road.
- Category and size of the plot (jareebu commercial plots are larger).
