Rayapudi
Rayapudi is home to APCRDA's own office, where plot allotment certificates were handed to farmers in July 2026, and it is the address most often attached to the government complex. It is a 24.34 sq km village on the Vijayawada–Amaravati road with 4,817 residents at the 2011 census.

Rayapudi at a glance
Its two layout units, Rayapudi-1 and Rayapudi-2, are among the largest in the scheme, and the second shares its unit with the smaller Kondamarajupalem. The Pala Vagu passes between Rayapudi and Venkatapalem, and obstruction-removal works on that stretch were under way in June 2026.
