Rayapudi
Rayapudi is where APCRDA has its own office, and the July 2026 e-lottery that allotted plots to farmers was held there. It is also the address most often given for the government complex. The village covers 24.34 sq km on the Vijayawada–Amaravati road and had 4,817 residents in the 2011 census.

Rayapudi at a glance
Its two layout units, Rayapudi-1 and Rayapudi-2, are among the largest in the scheme, and the smaller Kondamarajupalem shares the second one. The Pala Vagu stream runs between Rayapudi and Venkatapalem. Work to clear blockages on that stretch was going on in June 2026.

- Ask which unit a plot is in. Rayapudi-1 and Rayapudi-2 are not the same thing.
- Low ground near the Pala Vagu is part of the flood-control programme. Check the drainage plan for the exact block.
