  1. “Land Pooling 3.0” village list circulating, not confirmed

    A chart naming eleven Tadikonda and Pedakakani mandal villages for a third pooling round is being forwarded privately. Its own footnote says the list is not officially confirmed; four of the eleven have been named by officials, and nothing has been notified.

  2. Master plan gram sabhas begin; pooling timeline promised

    APCRDA started gram sabhas on the master plan at Ananthavaram, Nekkallu, Thullur and Nelapadu, and the minister said the state would fix a definite timeline for the land pooling that major infrastructure needs.

  3. Tadikonda gram sabha on pooling for the railway and Inner Ring Road

    Minister Narayana asked farmers of Tadikonda, Mothadaka, Kantheru and Koppuravuru to pool land for the railway track, Inner Ring Road and service roads. Tadikonda and Mothadaka agreed in principle, Kantheru sought time, and papers for about 50 acres were in.

  4. Quantum Valley services expected from January 2027

    MAUD Minister P. Narayana inspected the quantum computing building and said services are expected to be operational from January 2027, later than IBM's September 2026 target.

  5. Seed Access Road phase 3 to begin 29 August

  10. CRDA approves ₹40,000 assistance and loan waiver for new villages

    The authority meeting approved ₹40,000 for farmers pooling from 12 June 2024, ₹10,000 a year for loss of village commons, a loan waiver for families in newly pooling villages and an international school in each of 25 townships.
