This is the round that is open now, and Pedaparimi is by far the biggest village in it. Below are the acres village by village from the Cabinet order, what the land is meant to be used for, and every decision that led here.

How much land, village by village
The three Guntur district villages, Vaddamanu, Harischandrapuram and Pedaparimi, account for 9,097.56 acres of patta land and 7.01 acres of assigned land between them. The four Palnadu villages account for 7,465 acres of patta and 97 of assigned. Add the 3,828.30 acres of government land already there and you get the 20,494 acres the 50th CRDA meeting approved on 5 July 2025.

What this land is being taken for
- An International Sports City of about 2,500 acres capable of hosting Olympic-level events; the minister said in December 2025 that work would begin within a year.
- The Errupalem–Amaravati–Nambur railway line and a new Amaravati station; the line's proposed stations include Vaddamanu and Amaravati.
- The Inner Ring Road and the seed axis road extension.
- Institutional and company sites; the greenfield international airport at Ravela in Tadikonda mandal is planned for a subsequent pooling phase, which has not been notified.

The objections, put fairly
The opposition YSRCP made two arguments. That Phase 1 farmers were still waiting for their developed plots ten years on, which is true for some of them. And that landowners were being pressed to sign.
The government answered that joining is a choice, that the work would start straight after pooling this time, that outside builders would not be allowed to profit off the land, and that separate rules would cover people holding assigned land.
You can take whichever side you like on the politics. If it is your land, the practical thing is narrower: read the 2025 rules and look at what Phase 1 farmers actually received, and decide with both in front of you.

Which villages are in Phase 2?
Four in Amaravathi mandal of Palnadu district: Vykuntapuram, Pedamadduru, Endrayi and Karlapudi with Lemalle. And three in Thullur mandal of Guntur district: Vaddamanu, Harischandrapuram and Pedaparimi.
How much land is being pooled in Pedaparimi?
5,886.18 acres of patta land, under the Cabinet decision of 27 November 2025. No assigned land was listed for Pedaparimi.
Do I have to join Phase 2?
No. Joining is your choice, and it happens through a consent letter and an agreement. But be clear about the other half of it: if the authority needs your particular land for a road or the railway line, it can still take that land under the land acquisition law. That is a different process and it pays cash instead of plots.
