Lingayapalem
Lingayapalem was named with Mandadam and Thullur in the July 2025 CRDA decision to create high-density residential and mixed-use zones and four convention centres across 58 acres, a sign of where the authority expects density first. It is a village of 1,554 people on 7.98 sq km, on the Vijayawada–Amaravati routes.
