Why it matters
The E3 is the capital's main access from Vijayawada and carries the planned BRTS, cycle tracks, sidewalks, green belts and utility ducts. The Chief Minister formally launched the corridor on 13 August 2026. Every village it passes, from Dondapadu through Venkatapalem to Undavalli, becomes a frontage village, and every plot within a few minutes of it reads differently in a listing.
