How to read the board
"Operational" means you can use it today. "Under construction" means a contractor is working on site. "Tendering" means bids have been invited or are being evaluated. "Land acquisition" means the route is approved and land is being taken. "Planning" means studies and approvals are still going on; the airport is the clearest example. When two reports give different numbers, the project page shows both, with their dates.
Questions people ask
Which Amaravati projects are actually under construction in 2026?
The Seed Access Road (each phase is at a different stage), the trunk roads, the five Secretariat towers, the High Court complex, the Assembly building, the government housing towers and the Kondaveeti Vagu drainage works. The railway line and the Outer Ring Road are at the tender stage, with land acquisition still going on for both. The airport is waiting for a Cabinet decision.
