How to read this map: Four plot sizes are shown at a time. Tiles are schematic for easy comparison. Open a plot to see its rectangle in proportion and its full dimensions.

This is a visual catalogue, not an approved venture or a map of available land. Roads and green strips show the layout concept only. Codes do not identify neighbours, ownership or actual locations. Check an approved layout →

About the catalogue, roads and source ebook

How to read a code

The first letter identifies a size group. The number identifies an entry in that group. A code such as C18 means a standard size in this booklet.

A code is not your plot number, ownership certificate or location. The approved allotment must identify the actual parcel.

Residential codes use A to E. Commercial codes use G to M. There are 494 residential entries and 497 commercial entries.

Why some sizes do not follow a fixed step

The policy describes standard increments. The detailed catalogue also contains specific entries such as 250, 500, 1,000 and 1,250 sq yd.

Use the listed code and nominal area. Do not create a new code by extending a number pattern.

The largest listed residential and commercial entries are 25,000 sq yd: E318 and M378. Large size alone does not establish a building right.

Visual layouts and roads

A1–A4 are 40 ft deep. B1–B8 are 60 ft deep. Within each series the width changes with the area. The explorer groups every series using the detailed catalogue.

The comparison drawings arrange size choices beside one another. They are not approved layouts and do not show actual neighbouring plots.

The ebook does not assign road widths to the letter series. Check the approved layout for the road width and position, corner conditions and access. Road strips in the map are illustrative and do not specify a width.

Select a catalogue size from the dropdown to highlight its plot. The options follow the Residential or Commercial tab and are grouped by series.

Dimensions are guidance, not a fresh survey

The note on PDF page 24 says dimensions can change with site conditions, plot size and master-plan roads.

Catalogue entries retain the printed widths and depths. Open a plot to see its proportional drawing and source reference.

For example, C18 is 82 × 109.76 ft. The product is 1,000.0356 sq yd because the width is rounded. The nominal entry is 1,000 sq yd.

The page 6 J-series summary differs from the detailed J1 entry. We use the detailed catalogue value: J1 width 41.54 ft.
