What an LPS plot gives a buyer, and what stays with the farmer

What transfers with the plot

  • Zoning under the capital city's regulations, and building permission through APCRDA.

  • Eligibility for purchase by NRIs and OCIs, because the plot is non-agricultural.

What stays with the farmer

  • Annuity per acre (10 or 15 years).
  • The ₹5,000 monthly pension for landless families.
  • The ₹1.5 lakh loan waiver, free education and healthcare, and the July 2026 village-commons payment.

Questions people ask

Does buying an LPS plot make me eligible for CRDA benefits?

No. A buyer receives the plot and its layout rights. Welfare benefits are personal to the pooling farmer and family.
